......................................................... Hello! My name is BUTTERS, I'm a cute-as-can-be gray tabby who came to the shelter with my yummy sidekicks BEAN and MEATBALL. We are 11 week old boys who play like crazy, then sleep in a heap once we have exhausted ourselves. Since kittens do better with another kitten companion, won't you please adopt two of us together? With just one adoption fee you are entitled to years of enjoying the antics and snuggles of two sweet little boys.

Hello I am MEME! I am a gorgeous black 4-year-old girl who is feeling confused right now since my home life just changed dramatically. My human is off to college and can't take me along. Unfortunately the other family members are allergic to me, so here I am! I'm a big love bug, but until I feel a little more confident, please watch my body language and give me space when I need some time to myself. I need to be in a home where I can reign as the only pet but you don't need to call me Your majesty. I'm just a regular sort of girl who looks forward to having a person with whom I can hang out, a home I can explore and a cat tree with a bird-watching perch. I just want to be happy again. For more information and to set up an appointment to meet me, please call the Jackson County Animal Shelter at 541-774-6654. The adoption fee for adult cats (6 months and older) is $50 or you can adopt two cats for $50 with our 2-fur-1 program.

This is Midnight. He is a male, all black kitty. He has quite the personality. He is very vocal - meows a lot! He loves to play with toys. He looks like a little boxer - he stands on his hind legs and boxes the toys. He loves to lay with you or sit by you, but doesn't like being picked up and held. User the litter box great! Available now!! Call Foster Mom Allison at 541 292-6856 for more information.

GRACIE and KISSES ARE A BONDED PAIR AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER Meet GRACIE, a friendly 8-year-old long hair gray kitty who recently came to the shelter with her sister KISSES after their people became homeless and could no longer care for them. These two girls have always lived together and are each other's best friend. Gracie is the more gregarious of the two. In fact you should plan on sitting down and spending time with her when she approaches you. She does love those scritches, pets and head rubs. Kisses is much shyer, but knowing her sister is there for her is a comfort. Gracie and Kisses need to find a calm, loving, forever home with patient people who will adopt them together and let them take their time adjusting. They have lived with cats, dogs and older kids in the past, so with careful, slow introductions that could work (although Kisses will be the first to tell you that she isn't crazy about dogs) Adopting these two girls means rescuing best friends. Do you have a place in your heart for GRACIE and KISSES? If so, please call the Jackson County Animal Shelter at 541-774-6654 to set up an appointment to meet KISSES and GRACIE. The adoption fee to adopt two BEST BUDDIES is only $50.

KISSES and GRACIE ARE A BONDED PAIR AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. Meet KISSES, a beautiful 8-year-old Harlequin girl who recently came to the shelter with her stunning gray sister GRACIE after their people became homeless and could no longer care for them. Kisses is the more timid of these two best friends who have always lived together. While Gracie comes over to schmooze, this new environment is a bit overwhelming for Kisses and she wants to hide. The good news is that when Kisses is approached slowly, and offered gentle petting and sweet talk (especially if this attention takes place while she is still snuggled in her safe bed), she melts. She might even rest her head on your arm, close her eyes and just enjoy the love. KISSES and GRACIE need to find a calm, loving, forever home with patient people who will adopt them together and let them take their time adjusting. They have lived with cats, dogs and older kids in the past, so with careful, slow introductions that could work (although Kisses will be the first to tell you that she isn't crazy about dogs) Adopting these two girls means rescuing best friends. Link is a little shyer than his sister Zelda. The two are both sweet, snuggly lap cats. They are nine weeks old bundles of love who have made friends with dogs, cats, and children. Link and Zelda are named after characters in a video game, and Link is always the hero that rescues the land of Hyrule. Won't you let Link rescue you? Kittens do best with a friend to keep each other company. Please consider adopting 2 of us for the price of one. For more information call or text (text preferred) Foster Mom Beth at 541 941-4850

Zelda, (also known as Princess Zelda), is as sweet as she is beautiful. She is quick to jump in your lap and has a purr that does not stop! The video game character she is named after is often rescued by her brother, Link, but it is pretty obvious that he is just as often rescued by Zelda. The two would love to go home together so that they can continue being best buds. Zelda is outgoing and friendly towards dogs, other cats, and young children. She requests a human friend that will let her sleep on the bed, as she is already quite used to that. Kittens do best with a friend to keep each other company. Please consider adopting 2 of us for the price of one. For more information call or text (text preferred) Foster Mom Beth at 541 941-4850
