Join us for an unforgettable evening of gentle movement, laughter, and plenty of kitten cuddles. FOTAS will bring adoptable kittens into the studio while Aryze guides a relaxed, all-levels yoga experience that’s equal parts mindfulness and play.

Let’s be honest—there may be fewer perfectly held poses than usual, and that’s exactly the point. Expect curious kittens wandering across yoga mats, surprise purr breaks, spontaneous smiles, and lots of opportunities to interact with these adorable little personalities.
